Give us a call toll-free at 877-389-2323. If your diapers are in excellent used condition, we give, at the most 25% of retail value. Papoose does reserve the right to refuse credit for a used product for any reason, so make sure your diapers meet our strict credit standards before sending.

What do you mean by "excellent" used condition?

Absolutely no stains or marks inside or outside of the diaper (this includes stains or marks caused by rash cream). *Note: We are very strict about this condition. If your diapers are stained with rash cream, it is removable by scrubbing gently with liquid Dawn (blue formula). Stains caused by stool can be removed by laying wet diaper to dry in the sun. Please check your diapers carefully.

No tears, snags or fraying
Functional elastic
Fleece or suede-cloth linings must be in excellent condition.
Product must be recently produced.
No seconds, tags marked with slashes or cut
No pet or human hair in the diapers or velcro.
All the closures work well, all snaps are attached and all the seams are intact
Pocket diapers and covers must still be waterproof - no PUL peeling
Original tag intact, readable and sewn to the diaper
Diapers must smell clean when received - No stinky diapers accepted!

If the diapers do not meet our standards, they will be returned at your expense.

How do I redeem my diapers for credit?
There are 2 ways to redeem diapers for credit:

By Mail

1. email: info@shoppapoose.com.
Include your name, address and phone.
List what you are sending in for credit.
2. you will get a return email with a Credit My Cloth #.
3. After receiving a return email with our shipping address, mail your diapers and be sure to put your CMC# on your package (CMC#'s must be on all packages).
4. Once we receive your return, we will evaluate your products and issue appropriate store credit.
5. We will email you to let you know if we accepted your products and, if so, the amount of credit applied to your CMC account. You may use this credit right away or hold it to use towards future purchases. Please note that all credit issued is store credit and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any product not accepted will be returned to you at your expense. You will be billed for return shipping prior to actual shipment. If you choose not to have the diapers returned they will be recycled.

Bring to Store

1. Bring diapers in a sealable bag or container to our Connecticut store.
2. Include a list of what you have brought with your name, address, phone and email in your bag or container.
3. After inspection you will be e-mailed with what we will accept for credit. Please note: Diapers will not be reviewed on the spot. Diapers will be reviewed within 1-3 business days.
4.. Once you receive your credit amount, stop in the store for your CMC store credit card or you can use your amount to shop on-line.
Any product not accepted will be returned to you and you are responsible for pick-up. Any items not claimed within 14 days will be recycled.

Our primary concern is making sure that the products we get back are in awesome shape!. Our customers rely on us to be a good judge of 'excellent quality used products'. Please be sure you understand how the CMC program works before sending or brining in your EUC diapers. If you have a question about an items eligibility for credit, please call us and ask questions prior to shipping. Papoose reserves the right to accept or reject any product, regardless of condition, for any reason.

Last but not least - GET that $$$ and CREDIT YOUR CLOTH!!! Your credit can be used for anything sold in our store that is currently in-stock!
